Brown Lake (Bummeira) perches above the water table, surrounded by tea-trees to rest under and imbued with the healing, soothing essence of their oils.
If you are interested in Whale Watching, thousands of Humpback Whales migrate north past Straddie from May through to July to breed in the warmer waters.
Marine life abounds in the waters including dolphins, turtles, Eagle and Manta rays.
